After obtaining all the necessary information, inspecting and taking photos of the area, we can proceed to the next step – the development of garden design sketches, which shall also include representation of materials and images of similar objects as appendices to make it easier for the customer to visualize their new surroundings. Depending on the wishes of the customer we can prepare one or several sketches to allow a better sense and imagination of your future garden from several options. As a final result we shall have one complete sketch of the garden to be implemented, because sometimes a sketch is just enough to be able to agree on the main things and calculate the costs.

All details can be found in the technical design of the garden that will be developed, if necessary. The technical design will include information on the following:

• types and layout of surfaces – driveways, paths, lawn;
• greenery layout with specifications;
• axial reference layout;
• lighting;
• water reservoirs, etc.

After approval of all the necessary information the exact estimate is prepared as well.
